Bob was hired with the approval of the City Clerk and City Council September 2006 as the Deputy Clerk.  Bob's function was to work at City Hall when the Clerk took time off.  June 8, 2007 Bob was asked to work full time replacing the City Clerk due to possible improprieties involving city money.  March 17, 2008 New City Clerk/Treasurer Rhonda Case starts full time employment and Bob will step back to Deputy.

Bob's Bio includes:

  • Born and raised in Santa Monica, California.  Married to Diane McCullough and have four sons, 2 grandsons, one granddaughter.  Has resided in the City of Troy since 2005
  • 3 years in the United States Navy serving in Viet Nam 1964 to 1967
  • 1967 became a Los Angeles County Fire Fighter/Paramedic.  Retired on a medical disability after 26 years of service
  • Medical & Race Director for Mickey Thompson's SCORE Internacional Baja 1000 Off Road Races
  • Technical Advisor and Script Consultant for Universal Studios and Jack Web for the television show "EMERGENCY"
  • 9 1 1 Emergency dispatcher for the Polk County Sheriff's Dept Crookston, Minnesota
  • Retired in October as an EMT on Troy Ambulance
  • City Web Designer
